At P360 Performance Sports, we have Professional Instructors with College and/or Professional experience--sharing their personal baseball knowledge and improving each player's skill set.

Cam Finn
Pascagoula High School ‘21 Graduate and South State Champion. Starting catcher for three years at Xavier University of Louisiana, finishing his career at Alabama A&M. Currently the Graduate Assistant at Alabama A&M, helping introduce and develop new players in the game. Offering hitting and catching lessons

Donald Stokes
Donald Stokes is from Pascagoula, MS. He attended Ocean Springs High School where he was a 2x All-District selection in the outfield. He was also selected to participate in the Coast All-Star Game. Donald went on to play collegiately at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, Central Alabama Community College, and finished his career at Weber International University. Donald teaches hitting and fielding at P360 Gulf Coast.

Kaitlin Lee
Kaitlin Lee brings a unique combination of elite playing experience, collegiate coaching expertise, and a passion for developing athletes at every level of the game. A Gulfport native and former standout pitcher, Kaitlin began her collegiate career in 2015 at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, where she earned NJCAA Division II All-American honors, was named MACJC Pitcher of the Year, earned All-Region 23 recognition, and became the first player in program history to sign with an SEC softball program. During her sophomore season, she posted a remarkable 22-4 record with a 0.84 ERA, ranking among the nation’s leaders in multiple pitching categories.
She continued her career at University of Mississippi, where she became one of the most accomplished pitchers in school history. Kaitlin earned Second Team All-SEC honors, NFCA All-South Region recognition, and Fastpitch News All-American honors. She helped lead Ole Miss to its first-ever SEC Tournament Championship, earning Tournament MVP honors after pitching every inning of the Rebels’ championship run. She finished her career ranked among the program’s all-time leaders in wins, ERA, shutouts, innings pitched, and opponent batting average, cementing her legacy as one of the greatest pitchers in Ole Miss softball history.
Following her playing career, Kaitlin transitioned into coaching at the collegiate level, serving on the staffs at Samford University and Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. She also spent a season as a graduate assistant at Ole Miss, helping guide the Rebels to an NCAA Regional Championship and Super Regional appearance.
Today, Kaitlin brings more than 10 years of private instruction experience and four years of travel softball coaching experience to her athletes. Known for her ability to build confidence, develop strong fundamentals, and create competitive, game-ready players, she works with athletes ranging from beginners to college prospects. Her mission is simple: help every player maximize their potential, compete with confidence, and develop a lifelong love for the game.

Maddie Porter
Maddie Porter is a dedicated softball player and instructor who brings a passion for the game, strong fundamentals, and a genuine love for athlete development to every lesson. A graduate of D’Iberville High School, Maddie was a key contributor for the Warriors throughout her high school career, helping lead the program to deep postseason runs while establishing herself as a versatile and reliable player. During her senior season, she hit over .360 and was among the team’s offensive leaders, while also playing a critical role in several playoff victories.
Following high school, Maddie continued her softball career at Itawamba Community College, where she spent the past two seasons competing at the collegiate level. Despite battling injuries during her career, she remained committed to her teammates and continued to contribute whenever she stepped on the field, demonstrating the resilience, work ethic, and perseverance that define her as both an athlete and role model. Recent collegiate performances included key offensive contributions in the lineup for ICC finishing with a batting average of .413. Maddie was a key player defensively whether that was playing shortstop or catching behind the plate.
Maddie understands firsthand the dedication required to improve as a player and the challenges athletes face throughout their careers. Her experience competing at both the high school and collegiate levels allows her to connect with young athletes while helping them build confidence, strengthen fundamentals, and develop a strong softball IQ.

Sean Steverson
Steverson is a graduate of Brandon High School. Sean went on to pitch for Hill Denson at Belhaven University. Sean has spent the last 12 years coaching baseball at the high school level. Sean will offer pitching and hitting lessons for all ages.
