P360 Appoints Haley Sones Sports Performance Training Director

Jackson - P360 Performance Sports is excited to announce the addition of Haley Sones as the Director of Sports Performance Training. She will build all Training Programs for baseball and softball players across all P360 Training Centers, providing personal training for athletes from all sports. 

Sones played softball and graduated from Loyd Star High School, where she was a member of the 2009 2A State Championship team before playing at Copiah-Lincoln CC. She then earned a scholarship to play at BYU - Hawai'i in 2011. Earning her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Sports Science in 2013, she then attended Fresno Pacific University to earn a Masters Degree in Kinesiology. 

While studying at BYU-Hawai'i, Sones interned as a student strength and conditioning coach for all athletic programs for a year before interning at the University of Hawai'i for all DI athletic programs. She became the Track Coach at Quest Prep in Nevada in January 2015, then was named the Athletic Coordinator in September of that year. Hired as the Strength and Conditioning Coach and Assistant Softball Coach at College of Southern Nevada in 2016, she was also training elite college and professional athletes at Phase I Sports in Las Vegas since 2014. 

Haley Sones moved back to Mississippi in 2018, providing strength and conditioning training for high school and college sports team in the local area. She specializes in professional speed and agility training for athletes of all ages. She also coaches softball at Columbia High School. 

The P360 Sports Performance Training Program will substantially upgrade the Speed and Agility training in the Sox baseball Daily Classes that are provided to Sox players at all P360 Baseball Training Centers. Players that are not a member of a Sox team can attend these classes with the P360 Basic Membership. 

A new Elite Training Program will be offered with Elite Training Packages - athletes can train with Sones on a per-session basis or purchase multi-session packages at a discount. Sox players and P360 Basic Members can train with the traditional discounts offered by P360.
