CJ Angelo

A native of Trumbulll, Connecticut, CJ Angelo graduated from Trumbull High School before playing baseball at the Community College of Rhode Island, an NJCAA Division I program. He transferred to Western Connecticut State University to finish his college baseball career and earned a Business degree.

CJ is certified as a personal trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, specializing in corrective exercise and performance enhancement and is sanctioned by FMS and FCS. He is also certified in Driveline and OnBaseU, and is experienced with HitTrax, ProPlay AI, Blast Motion and Rapsodo technology.

CJ was instrumental in building R&G Baseball, a premier baseball organization in New England, and served as an assistant baseball coach and recruiting coordinator at Western Connecticut State University. He serves as an SBG Sox Director in Birmingham, focusing on the development of 13U and 14U players for tournament and showcase teams.
