Lisa Hall

Lisa joined P360 Performance Sports in January 2023 after 12 years in business as Geaux Play Sports. She leads the fitness and personal training programs in the Pelham facility with a team of personal trainers. She is a certified trainer, including certifications in AFAA, ISCA, FiTour and Spin. She has also been the fitness expert and consultant for ABC 33/40. Lisa was the first female to win Grand Champion in her Taekwondo organization and currently holds a 3rd degree black belt.

Lisa attended and played college softball at Troy University.

From Birmingham, Lisa has two children and lives in Helena, Alabama.
