P360 Welcomes New Members to the Leadership Team



P360 Performance Sports Jackson has promoted Colton Hood, who has been serving as the SBG Sox Youth Director in Birmingham, to the Facility Director and SBG Sox Youth Director in Jackson.


Colton is originally from Helena AL where he worked with the youth program and provided baseball instruction in Hoover for the former CABA Baseball Organization. Upon the merger with P360 he moved to the Pelham facility where he began directing the SBG Sox youth program and helped coordinate training programs in the facility. Attending Helena High School, he competed for three state championships before continuing his career at the University of Tennessee Southern. Colton enjoys teaching the game as a coach and instructor, working with players of all ages. As the SBG Sox Youth Director, he will organize practice and training programs for the teams, and will be the point of contact for players, teams’ managers, parents, and coaches in the program.




Josh Pinkham joins us as the Baseball Facility Director in Pelham and will take over as the SBG Sox Youth Director for Birmingham. From Montgomery AL, Josh played at LAMP High School and Eastwood Christian School. He pitched for the Auburn Tigers after graduation before finishing his career at Auburn Montgomery. He brings 7 years experience in providing instruction, coaching and facility operations and will be instrumental in the further development in the SBG Sox Youth Baseball Program in Birmingham.








Reid Stover has been promoted to the Pearl Facility located in the Outlets of Mississippi Mall, which will be opening in November. Reid has been with P360 for six years, serving as an SBG Sox coach and assisting in the Jackson facility. He has been providing instruction and coaching the P360 Fall Wood Bat League, and teaching classes for the last three years. The facility will be available for SBG Sox team practice, team cage rental, member classes, and new teams from the Rankin County area will work out in the facility. Reid also provides player instruction and will be adding a professional training staff to the facility.

These guys will all exceed the expectations of our clients and the baseball community.”




P360 Performance Sports is the home of the SBG Sox Youth and High School Showcase Programs. Facilities are in Jackson, Pearl, Hattiesburg, The Barnett Reservoir (under development), Ocean Springs (under development), Pascagoula, Auburn and Birmingham AL. The facilities are equipped for instruction in Pitching, Hitting, Fielding and Speed & Agility training for players of all ages. Daily Classes are held Monday-Thursday in all locations, providing group skills training for SBG players, which is included in their membership. The Pelham facilities includes a full service 24 hour gym with advanced personal trainers.

Professional Instructors are on staff to provide individual private training for players. Several additional training programs are available to all members. In Pelham, Hattiesburg, and Auburn, Performance Training for athletes is offered by professional staff trained in this discipline.

In 2023, over 1,800 players participated in the various programs and leagues provided by P360 Performance Sports, including the Southeast Collegiate League with college players with NCAA eligibility playing in Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, and Alabama.
